Frequently asked questions
What happens after I send an inquiry?
We review what you want to deploy and suggest the next useful step: a conversation, a product-fit check, a site assessment or a scoped proposal. You can start before every technical detail is settled.
What should I send for the first conversation?
Describe what you need. A location, available power, intended equipment or capacity and target date are enough to begin. If you already have a rack list or site plan, include it. We will help define the remaining inputs.
What does a modular data center cost?
Price follows the equipment, IT load, cooling, resilience and delivery scope. Site works and computing hardware can change the budget substantially. Send the location and intended capacity so we can define the scope before quoting.
How long does delivery take?
We agree a programme for design, procurement, factory assembly and testing, transport, installation and commissioning. Factory work and site preparation can run in parallel. The quotation separates those stages and identifies the equipment and site dependencies that affect the date.
Can you deliver to my country?
Send the project location. We review the transport route, local installation requirements, approvals and support arrangements for that destination.
Start with what you know.
You can contact us before the equipment list or site design is complete.
