Proposed role: Regional production
We are in discussions with an industrial production complex in Gujarat about establishing a regional production operation. The arrangement is not yet confirmed.
Each regional relationship has a defined role. For your project, we establish which organization supplies the product and which work belongs to ModulEdge, the regional partner and your own team.
Production covers the agreed manufacturing and assembly scope. Distribution provides the regional route to purchasing ModulEdge products. A distribution role does not, by itself, include local manufacturing or construction.
EPC covers engineering, procurement and construction within the agreed project scope. Integration connects the facility systems and site interfaces. Installation, commissioning and ongoing support responsibilities are set out in the project proposal.
Manufacturing partnerships use agreed ModulEdge designs under the ModulEdge brand. Product configuration and site requirements remain part of the engineering discussion.

The roles are listed separately for each organization. The US role is distribution; the UAE agreement is being formalized; and the potential production operation in India remains unconfirmed. Production location and availability are established for the specific proposal.
